How We Work

A Deliberate Path
to Capital

Our Approach

Precision Over Speed. Clarity Over Complexity.

We believe the best business lending relationships start with understanding — not urgency. Our process is designed to give us the clarity we need to structure the right solution, and to give you the confidence to move forward knowing exactly what you're agreeing to.

Every engagement follows a consistent four-phase framework. Each phase has a clear purpose, defined outputs, and a single point of accountability. No hand-offs, no uncertainty about who owns the file.

Begin the Process

We listen before we structure — understanding your business comes first.

Every term sheet is clear, complete, and free of hidden conditions.

One direct point of contact — Isaac Sasson — from inquiry to funding.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

Straightforward answers to the questions we hear most often.

How quickly can we expect a response after submitting an inquiry?

We aim to respond to every inquiry within one business day. Isaac Sasson handles initial outreach personally, so you'll be speaking directly with a decision-maker from the first contact.

What industries do you work with?

We work with businesses across a broad range of industries. Our focus is on enterprises with demonstrable revenue history, clear operations, and a specific capital need. If you're unsure whether your business qualifies, the best approach is simply to reach out and start the conversation.

Is there a minimum or maximum loan size?

We structure financing across a range of transaction sizes. Our focus is on ensuring the right fit between your capital need and our lending capacity — rather than rigid minimums or maximums. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Do you lend outside New Jersey?

While we are based in West Long Branch, NJ, and have particular depth in the New Jersey and broader Northeast market, we do consider transactions beyond our immediate geography for the right opportunities. We encourage inquiries from businesses in other markets.

Are you a broker or a direct lender?

17 Larchwood Partners LLC is a direct lender. This means we fund transactions from our own capital — there are no intermediaries, no third-party lender approvals to wait on, and no broker fees layered into your transaction. You deal with us, and we deal directly.

What happens if my business doesn't qualify?

If after review we determine that a financing structure doesn't make sense for your business's current circumstances, we'll tell you directly and honestly — and, where possible, share what would need to change for a future engagement to work. We don't believe in stringing along relationships that aren't right.
